Can you tell me why i am not receiving some emails from airlines or ticketed?

I purchase ticket for a concert but did not receive conformation also I have made contact with Web jet also Virgin airlines they keep on telling me that they have sent the email so I can print out my ticket as I am flying to perth in July and have not received my ticket confirmation. Can you help I know I have my correct email address. Kind Regards Robin James
