How much $ would it cost to remove an extra bone?

Before you start freaking out, here's the situation: My nose is perfectly fine, this is not a nose job where I remove a lump or something visual from my nose. When I was born I had an extra bone in my nose, it wasn't noticeable until later on. It's visible if you look up my nose. It's blocking off one of my nasal passage ways and it makes it hard to breath and makes me have a slight annoying nasally tone to my voice. Any idea's on how much a surgery would cost..?
