Used Fortical by accident?

thank you in advance. help! i live with my 90yo grandma. i hav colds ryt now and thought my nasal spray was the fortical (its her postmen0pausal osteoporosis medication-nasally administered.) i sprayed twice 0n both n0strils before i realizd i had the wrng meds. Help! wil this have sum sort of side effect on me? Im 30 btw.
