4 year old with Autism and other mental problems NEED HELP SO BAD!!!?

I live with my boyfriends family and he has two younger brothers who are twins 5 years old and one has SEVER autism and mental problems and ADHD he is constantly breaking stuff, SCREAMING, spiting at people punching, hitting and so on Is there programs to get him into??? i live in perth Amboy NJ... his mother is really starting to hate him, she has scars all over her body and scratches and bruises
