Can I move to England from Australia at 15?

I want to move to england, I currently live in Perth and am 15. Would I need to go to school? Will I get pulled up and asked why I'm moving and what I'm going to do? I have an english passport by the way, so I'm not sure what this will mean. Anyway, PLEASE HELP!!!!
