Good evening im a motor mechanic from perth osborn park!...?

hello there im a motor mechanic but im working at panel and paint! im doing all the smash suspension and pulling out the engine if we needed.. im on bridging visa right now, i apply for residency last year but they refuse my application! telling that my experience is not enuff but my employer is really happy with my job... that's why i need to appeal im already 3 years here in australia this coming august that's why im thinking to get a TRA to help or support all my documents.. i just want to ask if TRA for 457 visa is desame for TRA for applying residency? what els do i need to do?
