Sore throat for the last month along with a nasally voice?

I got sick around the 22nd of last month for 7 days.. achy, tired, fever, chills, runny nose, and sore throat. I got over everything except the sore throat and now I have had a sore throat and a nasal sound to my voice and also have been snoring which I never do. I was thinking maybe I had tonsilitis or possibly had mono? But figured I would ask.
