What American regional dialect/accent is this?

I often hear this slight accent, but I don't know where it is from. It is mostly standard, with the only noticeable thing being that the soft "a" sound (I think? The sound in words like "last" etc.) is pronounced very nasally. Anyone know where this comes from? Thanks for any info!
