What is this song from one of the new Target commercials?

I work at Target, and there is one particularly irritating commercial I have to hear coming from electronics dozens of times a day. I can't understand any of the words, but it is a song with an extremely annoying, high-pitched, nasally voice. The commercial shows some young people riding the swing ride at an amusement park...and that's about all I know.
