Does Celine Dion sing nasally?

I think Celine Dion is an amazing singer and really knows what she is doing. But, lots of people judge her and say she can't match up to Whitney Houston or Mariah Carey, Celine did get the Diamond Award For Best Selling Female Artist Of All Time. But, what I wanted to know is does she sing from her nose or her stomach? I thought it was from her nose, but wasn't sure.
